This is the American Political Science Association method of citation and references. This is a great method to use, but there are also others, and you are allowed to use any you would like. I will soon have an assignment that asks you to give me end note, footnote or in paragraph citation, and a reference page. You would just type a citation and a reference as you would on your paper. You can use your text book and any book or any book you would like, and for the website, you can use any website you would like. We will talk more about it on Monday.
